AFL Grand Final BBQ Bonanza
Well, from all accounts the day was a total success!!
I really enjoyed cooking and getting it all happening. For those that watched the game, it provided some serious excitement all the way to the 1 point win for the West Coast Eagles. And for those that just chilled outside and socialised, the weather was awesome and there were no super-toolish-like-people to ruin the vibe.
The day started about 10:30am with my first drink of champagne while making the punch, continued through two rather large BBQ sessions, an overflowing bathtub of booze, and finished with Nick and Rimi still drinking at 2:30am while playing X-box.... WHAT A MASSIVE DAY!!!
I would like to get photo's from anyone that took them, so I can post 'em up for others to see, so email them through please.
And, in summary I'd like to say that if that party was any indication of the coming summer.... infact nah - let's quote Butterfingers here:
"It's comin into summer and the weather's F^&*in' WICKED!!"
