Symantec online support

What a tool.... after 10 minutes chatting with this guy regarding the requirements for Win Fax Pro - we hit this stumbling block.

Richard Y> if we install an XP Prof machine with modem and Win Fax Pro - will it receive faxes and then email them to a person on our network here?
Richard Y> part 2) can people "fax" documents from their computer that will be faxed out through Win Fax Pro to a specified fax number??
