#aus-tassie almost 10 year on
The funniest thing happened to me tonight - was showing my flatmate a bunch of the pics from Gail's 26th the other weekend, and she's piped and gone "I know her, she used to be on IRC".... so we called Gail to confirm, and sure thing - even her good mate Rich (Tingles) that just came back from the UK was an IRCer to.
Well, who'da thunk it - my flatmate and one of my new best mates used to chat on IRC. To be honest I do kinda recall the ol' #aus-tassie days... but it's been a fair while and I never really was as hardcore as these chicks!!

Please tell me that there are more of you IRC geeks out there, these two wonderful young ladies are gonna feel pretty embarassed if they are the last of a dying breed.
